Participation and Growth Manager c.£35,000 £40,000 pa depending on experience
The success of the Women and Men’s team at an international level, the introduction of The Hundred competition, and the excellent groundwork that has been implemented to develop cricket in Oxfordshire means there is no better time to join this thriving organisation. Pathway Manager c£25,000 – £30,000 pa
Our talent development system not only produces academy and professional players, but also
provides opportunities for talent to be identified and developed over time so that we maximise
potential and performance and foster a lifelong enjoyment and connection with the game.
This role is about managing our long-term approach to talent development and developing a
constant stream of players that can populate the recreational and professional game. If you want to
play your part in the developmental journey of girls and boys between the ages of 8 and 18 and in
