We are delighted to invite outstanding candidates to apply for an exciting opportunity at Oxfordshire Cricket.
Club Support and Facilities Manager c.£26,000-£28,000 depending on experience
Oxfordshire Cricket is a thriving organisation and we are proud of our achievements in delivering our recreational cricket and community programmes across the county.
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, inclusive and proactive individual, who will work closely with our workforce and key stakeholders, to lead Oxfordshire Cricket in the next stage of its club support and facility development aimed at growing the game in our local communities and removing barriers to participation.
The Club Support and Facilities Manager role is central to the successful delivery of our club support and facility development programmes. This role will also play a key part in supporting clubs, and delivering our ten-year facilities strategy for cricket in Oxfordshire, working with clubs, schools, local authorities and key stakeholders such as the ECB and Sport England.
Additionally, they will need to have strong communication, organisational and reporting skills and the drive to achieve set outcomes. Due to the nature of the sport, this role will require working unsociable hours from time to time.
Closing date: 5 PM Tuesday 4th July 2023
If you would like to discuss either of these roles further, then please contact Nick Pinhol at [email protected]. We would gratefully receive all Cover Letters and Safer Recruitment Application forms submitted to [email protected] by 5PM on Tuesday 4th of July.
