Oxfordshire Cricket are pleased to announce that on June 1st, Nic Pinhol joined our workforce on a full time basis, following a very successful 15 months on a university placement and then a further 8 months part time as the Marketing and Communications Officer. During this period, Nic has contributed significantly to the success of Oxfordshire Cricket and proved himself to be a very talented individual.
Nic will now join us in an enhanced role as the Marketing and Commercial Manager, after recently completing his degree in Sports Management at Bournemouth University. His final year focused heavily on marketing and strategy, producing a dissertation on how cricket organisations use social media to drive fan engagement.
Going forward Nic will lead all communications for Oxfordshire Cricket, spearhead new sponsorship and partnership deals and provide administrative support to the Board. His priorities during lockdown have included managing effective communications, concluding our 2020-2024 Strategy for Cricket and working on exciting developments as part of our upcoming digital strategy
Our success over the last few years has been driven by great communications and we look forward to the impact that Nic will continue to have.
