We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate:
- A willingness to lead and support some of our community outreach programmes.
- Experience of working with or leading Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives
- A passion to help us widen the appeal of cricket and support our various initiatives to attract more people into the game, ensuring EDI based on gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
- Experience of the Oxfordshire cricket network.
And / or
- Legal and compliance skills and experiences
- An ability to lead the Board on EDI compliance and on all matters of constitution and key strategic policies.
- Experience of the Oxfordshire cricket network.
