All Stars Cricket is an initiative from the England and Wales Cricket Board aimed at providing children aged five to eight with a great first experience in cricket.
Dynamos Cricket provides a fantastic next step for those graduating from All Stars Cricket and the perfect introduction for all 8-11 year-olds new to sport!
The past 6 years have been successful in Oxfordshire where we helped to set up over 40 All Stars/Dynamos Cricket centres around the county, helping thousands of children to take part in cricket sessions. There is now a fantastic opportunity for you to be involved with this exciting programme.
Working with our centres around Oxfordshire, we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to take on a role as an ‘activator.’ You will have the responsibility to deliver fun and safe cricket related games to 5-11 year olds, with the support of numerous resources and other volunteers at cricket clubs. The role will be over an 8-12 week period, starting this summer.
What do I need to complete in order to become an activator?
- ECB DBS checks will be mandatory, but can also be provided free of charge.
- Virtual online induction (1 hour)
- Face to Face session (2 hours)
- E-Learning module
- Safeguarding certificate
